Getting Support
When to use support
Section titled “When to use support”The Help Center is full of descriptions and answers to many common questions. You can use the Search functionality in the header if you are looking for a particular topic. You can reach out to our support team if:
- You cannot find the information you need in the Help Center
- You need help with an issue in a tax projection calculation
- You have a question with billing or user management
How to get support
Section titled “How to get support”- Click your organization name in the bottom left
- Choose Get Support

What information should I provide?
Section titled “What information should I provide?”Please be as detailed as possible with your request. If the question is with a tax projection, please send us as much information as possible about the data you input. You can take a screenshot of the input screen or results. Please let us know what you were expecting to see. Also let us know if it’s a problem that happened one time or something you have reproduced multiple times.
Support does not have access to see your projections, so more detail will help us help you faster.
